Job Description:
Seeking a Quality Checker/Supervisor for their manufacturing facility in Montague Gardens, Cape Town. The ideal candidate will oversee the quality of incoming and outgoing stock, as well as packaging materials within the warehouse. This role involves managing a predominantly male workforce, enforcing warehouse rules and regulations, and promptly reporting any quality issues or discrepancies to management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Inspection: Oversee and ensure the quality of all incoming and outgoing stock, as well as the packaging materials within the warehouse.
2. Team Supervision: Manage and supervise a predominantly male workforce in a warehouse setting, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
3. Rule Enforcement: Implement and enforce warehouse rules and regulations to maintain a disciplined and efficient working environment.
4. Reporting: Document and report any quality issues or discrepancies to management promptly.

Experience and Qualifications:

1. Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
2. Experience: Proven experience in a quality control or supervisory role within a warehouse environment, preferably in the manufacturing sector dealing with chemical, packaging, and cleaning products.
3. Personal Attributes: Strong personality with the ability to enforce rules and maintain discipline among staff.
