A leading private education provider in South Africa is looking for a part-time Supervisor to assess student teachers for the Bachelor of Education program. This role involves observing student teachers, providing feedback, and marking their portfolios. Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of teaching experience in Early Childhood Development, Foundation Phase, or Intermediate Phase.
- Previous experience in teacher supervision, mentoring, or academic support will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the CAPS curriculum and pedagogical best practices.
Responsibilities
- Observe and assess student teachers during their practical training.
- Provide developmental feedback and support to student teachers.
