Job summary

A major retail organization in South Africa is seeking a Partnerships Manager to oversee and enhance loyalty partnerships, focusing on customer engagement and revenue growth. Ideal candidates should have over 8 years of experience in marketing management, particularly in retail, and possess a marketing degree. This role combines strategic analysis and cross-functional collaboration to drive impactful loyalty programs and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years marketing management experience in a retail environment.
  • 8-10 years’ experience in retail marketing.
  • 8-10 years’ experience in through-the-line marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Grow Partnerships and create compelling member propositions.
  • Lead Deep Loyalty Personalisation and Customer Experience Plans.
  • Perform strategic analysis of data to drive decision-making.
  • Design and execute mutually beneficial marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Digital, Marketing, and commercial teams.
  • Optimise revenue and performance growth through partner campaigns.
  • Monitor outcomes of Marketing efforts against KPIs.
