Job summary
A leading retail company in East London, South Africa, is looking for a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, manage a team, and ensure outstanding customer service. Candidates should have a Matric/Grade 12 qualification and a minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management. Strong skills in inventory control and customer service are essential, with luxury brand experience being an advantage. This position offers a Total Cost to Company compensation package including medical and retirement benefits.

As a Store Manager for Carrol Boyes, you are a key member of the Retail Operational team, ensuring best practices are maintained and customers receive a level of service that surpasses all others.
- Manage daily operations of business and ensure sales goals are met
