Job summary
A prominent retail company in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in retail management, strong communication and stock management skills, and experience with luxury brands will be an advantage. The position offers a competitive compensation package on a Total Cost to Company basis ranging from R20,000 to R25,000 per month, depending on experience.

As a Store Manager for Carrol Boyes you are a key member of the Retail Operational team, ensuring best practices are maintained and customers receive a level of service that surpasses all others.
- Manage daily operations of business and ensure sales goals are met
- Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory taking, reconciling cash and managing in-store marketing
- Assign duties to relevant employees
- Conduct onboarding of new employees
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations

- Matric/Grade 12 minimum requirement

Staff are employed on a Total Cost to Company basis, including Medical & Retirement benefits.
TCTC is between R20 000 & R25 000.00 per month, depending on experience.
