Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading a finance function.
• At least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience within global Media, Marketing, or Communications industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the company's budgeting process.
• Prepare accurate cash flow forecasts.
• Provide actionable financial insights to management.
• Oversee US payroll processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Skills

US Payroll management experience

Strong knowledge of UK & US auditing regulations

Hands-on experience with transfer pricing compliance

Proven experience in creating budgets

Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability

Education
