A leading food manufacturer based in Johannesburg is looking for a Food Safety Compliance Manager. This role focuses on ensuring food safety, quality, and compliance with an emphasis on leading audits and improving systems. Candidates should have a degree in Food Science or related field and at least 5 years of managerial experience in a food manufacturing environment. Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a factory QA environment.
  • At least 5 years in a management role with exposure to complex food manufacturing.
  • Deep understanding of auditing techniques and food safety best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Be the guardian of food safety, quality, and compliance.
  • Lead all external and customer audits.
