Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ SHE experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of SHE legislation, systems, and auditing processes.
- Internal Auditor Qualification or strong experience required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, implement and improve SHE policies and procedures.
- Conduct and coordinate SHE audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Lead all SHE training, inductions, and toolbox talks.
- Manage contractors and ensure compliance with safety standards.
