Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ SHE experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of SHE legislation, systems, and auditing processes.
• Internal Auditor Qualification or strong experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, implement and improve SHE policies and procedures.
• Conduct and coordinate SHE audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Lead all SHE training, inductions, and toolbox talks.
• Manage contractors and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Skills

Education

Diploma in Health & Safety Management

Grade 12/Matric

Occupational Health & Safety Practitioner qualification
