Our client in the Manufacturing Industry is seeking a Branch Manager to join their team.

Job Type: Permanent

Job Location: KwaZulu Natal

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Development and implementation of Branch strategy to achieve ROAM.
  • Setting of and adherence to regional budgets, sales forecasts and fixed costs.
  • Monitoring and evaluating targets and initiating corrective action plans where necessary.
  • Monitoring and control of working capital.
  • Create and maintain effective customer relationships
  • Generate and follow-up on sales leads.
  • Maintain high profile in industry related organisations.
  • Provide customer support where necessary.
  • Plan and ensure cost efficient resourcing for the branch.
  • Lead and motivate the branch team for maximum performance
  • Prepare and deliver effective motivational team meetings
  • Manage employee development through training and performance management
  • Ensure branch adherence to ISO9001 policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements
