About the role:

• Work alongside a Finance Manager and a CFO to deliver accounting services that are both accurate and timely.
• Gain an excellent understanding of QuickBooks Online as the data source for all our clients.
• Capture all the bank transactions that pull through into QuickBooks.
• Reconcile all accounts on a monthly basis.
• Perform labor breakouts and analysis for all our clients.
• Perform monthly loan and other journal entries to keep the accounting accurate and complete.
• Assist with preparing monthly/weekly management reports.
