What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial business plans and forecasts aligned with corporate strategy
- Conduct variance analysis of actual results versus plans, identifying risks and opportunities
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to business unit leaders to drive financial performance
- Own the development of monthly reporting deliverables for senior leadership, including clear results analysis
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to refine financial planning, reporting, and forecasting processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or relevant experience
- 3-4 years of related finance experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High proficiency in MS Excel and strong analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize work and multi-task in deadline-driven environments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPA or other professional designation
- Knowledge of financial software such as Adaptive or NetSuite
- Wholesale finance experience is a bonus
