What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Maintain client relationships by communicating approved document/data changes and inquiries on projects
  • Review purchase agreements and perform quality reviews to facilitate the closing process
  • Facilitate title searches, verify results, and provide solutions for title issues
  • Produce and distribute title insurance policies according to client Service Level Agreements
  • Perform administrative support tasks including document preparation and responding to customer inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal teams and external customers
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to new software applications and technologies
