What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Represent the Americas business interests within the employer's Global Data Center Division
- Develop and manage execution of U.S. action plans in collaboration with international teams
- Generate sales pipeline and identify upsell opportunities from the existing client base
- Cultivate and manage relationships with channel partners and stakeholders
- Provide periodic assessments of productivity and maintain accurate records and reports
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of Sales, Channel, and/or Business Development experience in a multi-national organization
- Proven experience in driving alignment to a common vision and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- Strong sales orientation with experience in creating client-oriented solutions
- Fluent in Japanese and English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Prior direct or channel sales and management experience
- Good working knowledge of international best practices in sales management
- Experience in developing and securing solution sales across a broad portfolio
- Ability to coach and mentor teams for better efficiency and integration
- Experience working with international clients
