Job Description Summary
The VP of Sales for Out-of-Home will play a critical role in driving the strategic vision and accelerated growth of Bel Brands USA's Cheese and GoGo SqueeZ business within the Out-of-Home Channel. Key responsibilities will include leading the National, Regional, and Key Account Sales Managers and Broker Partners to achieve key company objectives such as sales volume, market share, and profit. In this role, you will have a high degree of autonomy and accountability for developing current customers and securing new business opportunities, driving business growth, and fostering strong business partnerships.
This dynamic opportunity requires a leader who can strategically influence, develop high-performing teams, and foster collaborative growth across the Cheese and GoGo SqueeZ businesses. This leader will orchestrate synergies and leverage collaborative best practices to fuel the growth agenda for the US business.
Work is performed both on the road as well as in a home office environment. Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours and average at least 40 hours a week. There will be some variation in work hours due to sales calls, broker planning meetings, special projects, deadlines and other concerns. Travel will be required potentially up to 75%.
