Job Description Summary

The VP of Sales for Out-of-Home will play a critical role in driving the strategic vision and accelerated growth of Bel Brands USA's Cheese and GoGo SqueeZ business within the Out-of-Home Channel. Key responsibilities will include leading the National, Regional, and Key Account Sales Managers and Broker Partners to achieve key company objectives such as sales volume, market share, and profit. In this role, you will have a high degree of autonomy and accountability for developing current customers and securing new business opportunities, driving business growth, and fostering strong business partnerships.

This dynamic opportunity requires a leader who can strategically influence, develop high-performing teams, and foster collaborative growth across the Cheese and GoGo SqueeZ businesses. This leader will orchestrate synergies and leverage collaborative best practices to fuel the growth agenda for the US business.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Vision and Accelerated Growth: Lead the strategic vision of the Out-of-Home Sales channel, driving accelerated growth, and market expansion through innovative go-to-market strategies and solutions.
  • Partnership Development and Relationship Amplification: Cultivate dynamic partnerships, build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, and spearhead business expansion in key channels including noncommercial, non-traditional retail, and traditional food service.
  • Team Leadership and Empowerment: Empower and lead a high-performing team of Out-of-Home personnel, turning their potential into performance and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Innovative Sales Planning and Execution: Drive innovative sales planning, monitor demand forecasting accuracy, and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve volume and trade spend targets for the Out-of-Home Sales channel.
  • Strategic Influence and Collaborative Vision: Champion strategic influence, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide thought leadership to align professional objectives with the strategic vision of Out-of-Home Sales. Ability to influence and present to the US Leadership Team.
Qualifications and Required Capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of successful food service sales experience, with demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, execution, and relationship management.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute an effective channel strategy and drive the strategic direction of the Out-of-Home Team within the organization, aligning them with overall business objectives.
  • Excellent management and communication skills, ability to drive and coach a team in a complex multi-cultural environment.
  • Exceptional leadership, coordination, and management skills with the ability to drive accountability and foster a climate of excellence.
  • Strong people leadership skills, including the ability to engage, coach, and motivate a team to achieve business growth and success.
  • Results-driven with a high sense of urgency and a passion to drive closure and deliver exceptional results.
Working Conditions

Work is performed both on the road as well as in a home office environment. Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours and average at least 40 hours a week. There will be some variation in work hours due to sales calls, broker planning meetings, special projects, deadlines and other concerns. Travel will be required potentially up to 75%.
