• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of sales/marketing or sales management experience, with 5+ years in Building Materials
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain positive relationships
• Understanding of the construction process and ability to comprehend architectural plans
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience in drafting, estimating, and inside sales processes
• Proven ability to analyze market conditions and competition effectively
• Strong understanding of customer business metrics and measures
