About Us

Endodontic Practice Partners (EPP) is redefining the future of specialty dentistry. As a nationwide network of private endodontic practices, we empower clinicians and teams to deliver exceptional patient care by providing world-class business resources and leadership support. Built on integrity, collaboration, and a patient-first mindset, we’re driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence across the country.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Patient Experience Manager who leads with vision, commands with confidence, and inspires with purpose. Reporting to the COO, this dynamic leader will evaluate and elevate the patient journey across our network — coaching teams, shaping culture, and driving accountability for performance and service excellence.

This role is ideal for a proactive, structured professional who thrives on creating change, developing people, and executing big-picture strategies with precision. You’ll travel up to 50% to visit practices nationwide and partner closely with operations leadership to standardize, systematize, and strengthen the patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Influence: Conduct on-site evaluations to assess patient flow, team dynamics, and operational efficiency — then deliver actionable insights that move results forward.
  • Coach for Growth: Mentor, train, and motivate staff at all levels to embody professionalism, empathy, and operational discipline.
  • Drive Accountability: Partner with Regional Directors of Operations to ensure improvement plans are executed, measured, and sustained.
  • Measure What Matters: Analyze patient experience data (NPS, wait times, feedback) to identify trends, track progress, and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Elevate Standards: Establish clear expectations for professionalism, cleanliness, communication, and team culture across all practices.
  • Innovate and Implement: Create tools, training materials, and resources that enhance efficiency, consistency, and patient satisfaction.
  • Champion Change: Lead initiatives that modernize workflows, strengthen brand consistency, and align practices with EPP’s operational and cultural standards.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in dental, healthcare, or hospitality environments (some dental required).
  • Proven success driving operational excellence, training teams, and leading change.
  • Confident communicator who delivers clear direction and builds trust quickly.
  • Highly organized, factual, and data-minded — yet people-focused and motivational.
  • Independent, decisive, and future-thinking leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Life insurance, disability coverage, and EAP
  • PTO, holidays, and paid sick leave
  • 401(k) with company match
  • HSA/FSA options and exclusive employee discounts
  • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement
  • A collaborative, mission-driven culture that values leadership, innovation, and results
Why Join EPP

If you’re energized by leading teams, improving systems, and shaping culture on a national scale — this is your opportunity to make an impact. Join us and help define what excellence in patient care looks like for years to come.
