Responsibilities
- Analyze complex, integrated datasets from providers, members/patients, and third-party sources to extract actionable insights
- Support large-scale analytics projects with limited supervision and provide recommendations based on data findings
- Perform root-cause analyses of data irregularities and communicate proposed solutions to stakeholders
- Design, test, and implement process improvements and identify opportunities for automation
- Communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders through reports, visualizations, and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, public health, health informatics, healthcare administration, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience working with large databases, data management, and verification, or 1+ year of IT experience
- Proficiency in SQL or other query languages
- Familiarity with statistical, analytical, or data mining techniques, including data modeling, trend analysis, and root-cause analysis
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate insights clearly to business partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare analytics experience preferred
- Preferred knowledge of Python or R for programmatic data analysis
- Experience with modern business intelligence and visualization tools preferred
