We are hiring a Bookkeeper to manage our financial operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. This role is a minimum of a 3-month contract, with a strong likelihood of an indefinite extension. You will be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping needs, including expense tracking and reporting, while providing crucial financial visibility to leadership. This is a remote, offshore position open to talented individuals in Latin America and South Africa. We are looking for an experienced professional who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and can work autonomously to streamline our financial workflows.

• Expense Management: Manage and reconcile expense tracking across all company accounts.
• Tax Submissions: Prepare and file quarterly tax submissions in the US, with direct experience using QuickBooks and TurboTax.
• Financial Reporting: Provide regular financial reports on key metrics such as profit margins and client profitability.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support leadership with budget tracking and financial forecasting.
• Compliance: Maintain compliance with international bookkeeping standards and regulations.
• Automation: Assist with evaluating and implementing automation tools to streamline bookkeeping workflows.

• Experience: Prior experience as a Bookkeeper or in a finance/accounting support role is required.
• Tax Proficiency: Direct experience with QuickBooks and TurboTax for US tax submissions is non-negotiable.
• Software: Proficiency with bookkeeping/accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent).
• Skills: Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Work Style: The ability to work independently in a tech-forward, highly automated environment.
