What you bring
  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator; ZoomInfo is a plus)
  • Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS tech company
  • Ability to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with excellent listening and a positive phone presence
  • Strategic and tactical thinking; maintains a positive attitude in the face of criticism or rejection
  • A sense of urgency for achieving goals; self-starter with proactive ideas
  • Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
  • Demonstrated success in the key responsibilities listed below
  • Writes and speaks fluent English and German
  • Remote work experience is not required but is a plus
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
  • Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives
  • Clearly communicate Remote's value propositions and learn prospects’ needs to assess fit
  • Provide support to the Account Executive team as needed
  • Educate and develop prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts
  • Cold call into prospects sourced from various channels
  • Identify key players, research business needs, and present solutions to begin the sales cycle

The On-Target Earnings for this full-time role are between USD 31,500 and USD 70,950 with the base salary typically representing 70% of OTE. Base pay, however, depends on location, skills, experience, training, business needs, and market conditions. The base salary range may change.

At Remote, internal mobility is supported by a compensation philosophy that guarantees pay equity. Any compensation changes due to an internal move are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
