A reputable engineering firm based in Pietermaritzburg is seeking a Plant Maintenance Manager. The role requires a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 20 years of maintenance experience in heavy engineering environments. Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with SAP/ERP systems are advantageous. The position demands availability for shifts and the ability to work under pressure. This role offers a full-time employment contract.
Qualifications
- 20 years of maintenance experience in heavy manufacturing/engineering/steel industry.
- Excellent analytical computer skills.
- Clear criminal record.
- Medically fit, availability for shift work.
Responsabilités
- Act in a consulting/advisory capacity to the client.
- Oversee maintenance operations and ensure efficiency.
- Manage maintenance staff and resources.
