Duties & Responsibilities

Job Description :

Technical Support & Maintenance :

• Provide hands-on and remote technical support for hardware software and networks
• Install maintain and configure office automation equipment
• Troubleshoot printers networks connectivity issues and PC-related problems
• Ensure proper installation of workstations laptops and software
• Maintain accurate inventory of all tech equipment

Infrastructure Management :

Set up and maintain internal and customer IT infrastructure

Monitor and maintain servers networks and connectivity solutions

Provide remote assistance when required

Ensure secure and efficient use of systems and technology

Additional Responsibilities :

PBX and CCTV experience is advantageous

Perform occasional overtime where necessary

Skills & Experience :

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support and network troubleshooting

Solid understanding of connectivity servers and office automation

Advanced fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Valid drivers license required
