Duties & Responsibilities

Job Description :

Technical Support & Maintenance :

  • Provide hands-on and remote technical support for hardware software and networks
  • Install maintain and configure office automation equipment
  • Troubleshoot printers networks connectivity issues and PC-related problems
  • Ensure proper installation of workstations laptops and software
  • Maintain accurate inventory of all tech equipment

Infrastructure Management :

  • Set up and maintain internal and customer IT infrastructure
  • Monitor and maintain servers networks and connectivity solutions
  • Provide remote assistance when required
  • Ensure secure and efficient use of systems and technology

    • Additional Responsibilities :

  • PBX and CCTV experience is advantageous
  • Perform occasional overtime where necessary

    • Skills & Experience :

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support and network troubleshooting
  • Solid understanding of connectivity servers and office automation
  • Advanced fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
