• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and ensure that tasks are completed on time.
• Lead project teams by coordinating and motivating team members.
• Manage project budgets and track project expenses.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with organizational processes and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
• Ability to manage stakeholders effectively and build strong working relationships.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
