As the Customer Executive, you will be a crucial driver of business success, responsible for developing and implementing channel strategies, managing key customer accounts, and pursuing new business opportunities. This role requires strategic thinking, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to build and maintain robust customer relationships in a dynamic and competitive market.

Responsibilities
  • Channel Strategy Formulation and Implementation: Develop and execute effective channel strategies to expand market reach and enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure strategies align with overall business objectives.
  • Market and Customer Insight Maintenance: Continuously monitor market trends, customer behavior, and industry dynamics to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Leverage insights to inform strategic decision-making, optimize business performance, and drive growth.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the expansion of the Clients customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners to facilitate successful business ventures.
  • Strategic Account Management: Manage existing customer accounts with a strategic approach, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
  • Develop and implement account plans to maximize customer value and achieve long-term business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing, or a related field, along with a commercial or management degree.
  • Valid Code EB driver's license.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a marketing and sales function, including managing complex and/or significant customer relationships and key/national accounts, with at least 5 years in a management role.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the logistics or supply chain management industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
