A leading technology company in Johannesburg seeks a Channel Sales Specialist to act as a direct interface between the company and its franchises. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in ICT and sales, with a focus on strategic growth and revenue generation. Responsibilities include designing growth strategies and maximizing sales performance. A business diploma is advantageous. Travel within South Africa is required.
To act as a direct interface between the company, its franchises, and the channel sales network.
Business diploma/qualification will be an added advantage
Minimum of 5 to 8 years experience
Knowledge of the ICT environment

Design a strategy to grow across all product offerings and drive uptake within the channel network to create a substantial and sustainable annuity revenue stream
Identify opportunities and new ways to grow revenue across the product stack
Accountable for meeting and exceeding sales budgets
Maximize monthly sales performance against targets and goals
Ensure sufficient understanding of all products within the franchise channel
Protect and increase the sales revenue stream with current and new customers
Support franchise teams in customer engagements to ensure deal closures
Ensure that franchises are aware of all internal initiatives, drives, and systems, and are leveraging these for optimal results
Analyze and grow profitability within assigned franchise portfolios
Assess the financial health of each franchise
Perform additional assignments as requested by the Head of Sales or Chief Sales Officer
Candidate will be required to travel to Bloemfontein, Vaal, and Upington as part of the role
