Job Title: Account Manager

Position Overview: As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless coordination of projects and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. You will act as a traffic controller, managing all client queries and communications with precision and professionalism. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans, as well as experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests, maintaining open lines of communication at all times.
• Coordinate project workflows and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and milestones.
• Utilize project management systems to track progress and manage tasks efficiently, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute digital marketing campaigns and creative projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation for all client interactions and project activities, demonstrating a keen attention to detail.

• 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or design agency.
• Strong proficiency in English and Afrikaans, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, with flexibility in working hours.
• Must have own laptop, cellphone, and backup power option for load shedding.
• Copywriting or digital marketing skills would be advantageous.
• Proactive attitude with a commitment to meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
