Minimum Requirements:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the processing of notices and documents issued in terms of the Criminal Procedure Act.
  • Oversee the execution of general administrative functions.
  • Manage the CoE's Traffic Contravention Management System.
  • Manage and evaluate financial administration processes and ensure compliance with applicable legislations, policies, and SOPs.
  • Ensure all offences (Traffic-related, including camera offences and By-Laws), are processed, recorded, printed, and archived according to procedures.
  • Manage judicial processes related to court documents, including court proceedings, guilty admissions, spot fines, warrants of arrest, and related registers.
  • Perform supervisory administrative duties.
  • Handle administrative and management tasks as required.
