We are seeking experienced Client Delivery Managers to join our team on a hybrid working model, based at our head office in Centurion.
The Account Manager acts as a client and consulting advocate within the consulting department, ensuring client and consultant needs are understood and met. Responsibilities include sales (acquiring new business and nurturing existing clients), handling client complaints, data collection and analysis, and enhancing the customer experience.
The ideal candidate understands IT consulting, fixed-term consulting, and T&M projects. Opportunities exist to cross-sell Dotcom's solutions, including managed services, custom software development, and Azure cloud migration.
We seek proactive, communicative candidates passionate about IT consulting and client service. They will serve as a primary contact for clients and consultants, building long-term relationships and providing tailored solutions. They will also support internal teams by gathering information, analyzing client data, and identifying industry trends.
Key skills include exceptional communication, problem-solving, resourcefulness, analytical thinking, adaptability, and organization. A strong focus on new business development is essential.
