Overview

We are seeking an IT Support professional to join our dynamic team in Roodepoort, Johannesburg, South Africa. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our organization's technology infrastructure and providing exceptional technical assistance to our employees.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve IT-related issues and requests from employees in a timely and efficient manner
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems across various platforms and devices
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals
  • Provide technical support through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person
  • Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies and improve systems
  • Document technical solutions and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base
  • Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent issues
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements
