This position reports to the General Manager.

1. Ensure all dispatches are correctly scanned out of the hub.
2. Ensure all dispatches are visually inspected for defects.
3. Ensure outbound vehicles are loaded and released on time.
4. Check, sign, and distribute dispatch documentation, and file copies accordingly.
5. Ensure staff compliance with SOPs.
6. Address deviations promptly.
7. Complete and report on KPI measures, providing reasons for deviations.
8. Ensure correct and safe use of equipment under your control.
9. Assist staff with administrative and operational requests.
10. Manage PPE and stationery requirements effectively.
11. Ensure staff use appropriate PPE for their tasks.
12. Keep operational areas clean.

• Minimum Grade 12
• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain or Logistics
• At least 3 years experience in Supply Chain or Logistics
• Experience in fleet administration and team leadership
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Email software
