A recruitment agency is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist in Cape Town. This role involves investigating employee relations matters, advising management on performance issues, and supporting disciplinary processes. Candidates should have a relevant HR/IR qualification and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail sector. This position offers a chance to engage with various employee relations projects and enhance labour law compliance.
Our client in the retail industry based in Cape Town are currently seeking the skills of an Employee Relations Specialist who has a passion for IR. This position requires an individual who has previous employee and labour relations experience and skills that enables the individual to work on a broad spectrum of employee relations and labour law matters.
Relevant HR/IR qualification
At least 2 years’ experience as an IR specialist or HR Generalist with IR experience
Retail experience an advantage
