A leading data and insights company is seeking an Analyst for Operations Support to conduct due diligence and analyze compliance across various regions. What You’ll Bring

Bachelor of Arts or Science in business, finance or a related field.

Matric and relevant tertiary qualification.

Prior professional work experience required: 5+ years

Responsibilities

Performance of due diligence examination and or investigation on more complex cases.

Authentication of end users’ permissible purpose / authorized uses based on local government regulations and laws.

Assessment of certified intended use of services and or products requested on more complex customers.

Examination and investigation via third‑party tools and / or resources; as well as research of online resources that can be used as compensating resource equivalent to third‑party tools and / or resources.

Provide support to the Lead / Manager with various departmental initiatives.

Support internal partners providing guidance and procedural updates specific to credentialing processes.

Document and maintain departmental processes.

Provide support to the Team for QA accountability and assist the QA Team with questions or clarification on the QA process for Credentialing.

Evaluating regulatory compliance: skillfully determine, verify, and authenticate applicants’ adherence to federal, state, municipal, and international government regulations using a structured, data‑driven approach.

Assessing business legitimacy: analyze and interpret local government documentation and requirements across various countries to validate the legitimacy of business entities.

Policy enforcement & optimization: apply sound judgment and analytical reasoning to enforce TransUnion credentialing policies, with the ability to identify gaps and recommend improvements based on real‑world experience and insights.

Leading complex projects: take ownership of multiple special handling initiatives, applying strategic thinking and problem‑solving to drive successful outcomes across cross‑functional teams.

Remote Work Readiness

Must reside in a fibre‑ready home with a dedicated, confidential workspace suitable for daily remote operations.

For positions based in South Africa, preference will be given to suitably qualified candidates from designated groups in line with the company’s employment equity plan and targets.

A minimum of a Meg Fibre line is required; should you be successful, you will need to upgrade your line or install fibre in order to work effectively.

Please note that being a credit bureau, some positions require a clear credit record.
