Job summary
A global irrigation solutions company seeks a Sales Manager to oversee business development in greenhouse irrigation. Responsibilities include driving sales, managing client relationships, and collaborating with experts in the field. A strong background in irrigation sales, communication, and negotiation skills are essential. Knowledge of irrigation systems and a willingness to travel are required.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in the irrigation or greenhouse industry.
- Strong knowledge of drip / micro-irrigation systems and fertigation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and manage key client relationships.
- Understand client needs and tailor irrigation solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with Agronomists, Engineers, and distribution partners.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to strategic growth.

Based in Kenya - relocation required
