Our client, a well-established financial services organization, is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to join their team in a dynamic and diverse role that encompasses tax support, trust administration, and multi-entity management. This is an excellent opportunity for a CA(SA) with a foundational understanding of tax and a keen interest in expanding their expertise across international structures, property management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare quarterly trust management accounts and annual financial statement documentation
  • Advise trustees on tax implications and tax minimization strategies
  • Manage regulatory submissions including tax returns, beneficial ownership disclosures, and CIPC returns
  • Liaise with external compilers and present financial information to trustees
  • Maintain comprehensive understanding of group entities and their trust implications
  • Prepare monthly management accounts for offshore entities and review performance
  • Act as liaison between local stakeholders and offshore corporate service providers
  • Monitor daily fund flows and ensure transaction compliance
  • Stay informed of regulatory changes in foreign jurisdictions
  • Ensure tax compliance across local and international jurisdictions
  • Manage commercial office space leasing including tenant sourcing and lease agreements
  • Oversee lease accounting, maintenance coordination, and deposit management
  • Manage property financing arrangements and compliance reporting
Requirements

Essential:

  • Chartered Accountant (SA) designation
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in tax-related functions or training
  • Familiarity with South African and international tax regulations
  • Experience with financial reporting and accounting systems

Advantageous:
