Business Development Manager

Location: Fully Remote (South Africa)

Working Hours:

  • Australia Shift: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM (SA Time)
  • USA Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (SA Time)

We’re looking for an energetic and personable Business Development Manager to join their fully remote global team. In this role, you’ll help drive international growth by conducting live product demos, engaging with clients across Australian and US time zones, and closing deals that make a direct impact. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, customer experience, and product teams to ensure a seamless handover from demo to activation.

Duties
  • Conduct live product demos across international time zones (Australia or USA shifts).
  • Manage and grow your sales pipeline using HubSpot (or similar CRM).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an outstanding client experience.
  • Achieve and exceed clear, measurable sales goals.
  • Build strong relationships with global clients and partners.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Organised, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely across time zones.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
  • Bonus: Interest or background in the cycling, repair, or rental industries.
Working Hours

This is a fully remote position, and you’ll be required to work one of the following shifts depending on your client region:

  • Australia Shift: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM (SA Time)
  • USA Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (SA Time)
