You will work in a dynamic, research‑focused environment alongside experienced engineers and technical specialists, with exposure to both local and international operations.
Sample Preparation & Analysis: Collect, prepare, and analyse ore samples for various sorting and mineral characterization tests, ensuring high accuracy and reliable results.
Equipment Operation: Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot advanced ore sorting technologies, including XRT (X‑ray Transmission) and optical sorting systems, ensuring optimal performance during test campaigns.
Data Management & Interpretation: Record, process, and interpret test data to support the optimisation of mineral recovery. Present findings and recommendations to the technical team.
Safety & Quality Compliance: Adhere to laboratory protocols, safety guidelines, and quality assurance standards, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment at all times.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal customers, external partners, and operational teams to communicate results, discuss requirements, and support ongoing projects.
Business Case Input: Provide technical insights and data‑driven input for the development of ore sorting business cases, feasibility studies, and optimisation initiatives.
International Collaboration: Work closely with foreign engineers from the international headquarters, participating in knowledge exchange, technical discussions, and joint problem‑solving.
