- Full accounting function of the group entities
- Assisting with the preparation of the financial statements
- Work closely with the internal and external auditors
- Assisting with the preparation of the management accounts
- Invoicing
- All calculations and submissions to SARS (VAT PAYE Tax)
- Handling the payment of commissions to brokers and sending of statements
- Preparation of daily payment runs
- Assisting the FD / CFO with all regulatory reporting
- Preparation of documents required for meetings of the board and committees
- Manage cash flow working capital and banking relationships
- Ensure adequate insurance coverage and risk mitigation measures
