What you will enjoy doing

• Supervise the SHEQ processes in the inventory and production team of the site to achieve safety targets, build commitment to sustain improvements in SHEQ and champion safety initiatives.
• Take ownership of customer service as measured by Delivered in Full on Time (DIFOT), On the Shelf Availability (OTSA), and Replenished in Full on Time (RIFOT) to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Supervise the production activities of the site and ensure adherence to company standards in respect of product quality, establishing and maintaining effective communication with employees, customers and suppliers and supplying warehouses.
• Be responsible for customer service as measured by DIFOT, OTSA, and RIFOT to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Provide inspirational leadership to and effectively supervise the inventory and production team in a manner that meets all company HR standards, including assisting with recruitment and induction of new employees.
• Ensure appropriate actions are implemented to address audit findings, outcomes from accidents and near-miss investigations.
