- Provide strategic financial leadership to support business growth and operational excellence.
- Drive financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning.
- Oversee financial control, reporting, governance, and compliance across the group.
- Partner with the executive team on strategy, expansion, and commercial decisions.
- Manage and mentor the team to ensure strong financial discipline and accuracy.
- Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and controls.
- Be hands-on – willing to get involved in the detail while maintaining a strategic overview.
Qualifications :
- CA(SA) – essential
Experience :
- Minimum 7 years’ senior finance leadership experience within or retail
- Proven record of adding commercial value and driving growth
- Strong financial control, strategy, and operational finance background
- Hands-on leader with a track record of influencing key business decisions
