ENVIRONMENT: A Centurion-based organization in the Fast-Food Space seeks a highly analytical & meticulous Chartered Accountant – CA(SA) with 3+ years post-articles experience. You must also possess strong technical knowledge in compliance with accounting standards and regulations and be proficient with Excel and accounting software. Your role will entail preparing monthly management accounts and annual financial statements; performing variance analysis and prepare management reports; preparing VAT, PAYE, and tax reconciliations and submissions and assisting with Audit preparations. Any exposure to FMCG, Retail or QSR industries will prove beneficial.

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and annual financial statements.
• Budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Perform variance analysis and prepare management reports.
• Benchmarking reports.
• Assist with Audit preparations and liaise with external Auditors.
• Prepare VAT, PAYE, and tax reconciliations and submissions.
• Maintain General Ledger accounts and ensure reconciliations are accurate.
• Assist in cost analysis, profitability tracking, and performance metrics.
• Drive cost saving / expense reduction.
• Contribute to process improvements and financial system efficiency.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial alignment.
• Ensure compliance with relevant revenue services and financial regulations and standards.

• CA(SA) – 3 + years post-articles.
• Completed SAICA articles at a reputable Audit firm.
• Strong technical knowledge in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) -

• Exposure to FMCG, Retail, or QSR industries.
