We're looking for a Talent Partner who's not just a recruiter, but a true business partner. Someone who understands the power of people and can connect top talent with purpose. You'll play a key role in shaping our hiring strategy across Africa, building diverse pipelines, and bringing in the kind of people who help us scale smart and sustainably. 6+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a senior or regional role. Strong background recruiting across emerging markets, especially within the African regions. Experience hiring in logistics, supply chain, transport, or FMCG sectors is a strong plus. Comfortable working across cultures, markets, and leadership styles. Confident with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms) and headhunting passive talent. Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills — you know how to engage both candidates and stakeholders. Agile, curious, and solutions-oriented.
