Position info — Duties

• Provide strategic financial leadership to support business growth and operational excellence.
• Drive financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning.
• Oversee financial control, reporting, governance, and compliance across the group.
• Partner with the executive team on strategy, expansion, and commercial decisions.
• Manage and mentor the team to ensure strong financial discipline and accuracy.
• Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and controls.
• Be hands-on – willing to get involved in the detail while maintaining a strategic overview.

Job Experience & Skills Required

Experience :
