A leading online gaming company in Johannesburg is seeking a Financial Manager responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing insights to support business growth. Candidates must have a Chartered Accountant qualification and 2-4 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of IFRS are essential. This role requires leadership abilities and a strategic mindset to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years’ post-articles experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and South African taxation.
  • Experience in online transactions and payment systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present financial statements in line with IFRS.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and provide rolling forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with gambling regulations and tax requirements.
  • Manage daily cash flow requirements and optimize working capital.
  • Work closely with teams to evaluate promotions and campaigns.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team.
