Job summary
A reputable recruitment agency is seeking a qualified SAIPA Accountant in Pretoria. The role involves managing a small accounting team, handling tax and accounting duties for clients, and performing audits. Candidates should hold a SAIPA qualification or equivalent, along with substantial experience in tax compliance and familiarity with Draftworx software. Bilingualism in Afrikaans and English is necessary for this position.

- BCom (Hons)/CTA with SAIPA articles accepted.
- Extensive experience working with SARS on tax matters.

Job Opportunity: SAIPA Accountant (Within Practice Environment)
Our client, a Firm of Auditors and Accountants situated in Pretoria, currently holds a vacancy for a SAIPA qualified Accountant to manage a small Accounting team.
- Manage a team of approximately 4 people.
- Tax and accounting duties for small to medium clients.
- Extensive practical experience of day-to-day liaison with SARS, tax matters, and procedures.
- Perform audits for small to medium clients (approximately 20% of time).
- Must have knowledge of Draftworx for drafting financials and performing audits.
- Bilingual – Afrikaans and English.
- Academic: Minimum SAIPA qualification.
- Can also be BCom (Hons)/CTA & SAIPA articles.
