Job Title: Regional Sales Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Regional Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue. You will work closely with our existing customer base to identify new opportunities and maintain strong relationships to enhance sales potential. This includes planning and directing activities of the Region, maintaining effective and efficient running of the Region, and ensuring that all financial goals are achieved and exceeded. To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Grade 12 / RE exams / FAIS qualifications
  • Proven Dealership or Territory sales experience
  • Relationship building skills
  • FAIS Compliance (RE & OR FAIS Qualification)
  • General Short-term insurance (VAPS) knowledge
  • Sound working knowledge of dealership operations & procedures
  • General motor industry knowledge (Advantageous)
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking and business development
