We are a venture-backed PropTech startup operating in "Stealth Mode". We are launching a new digital platform specifically designed for the Residential Rental Market. We have secured our initial pilot partners.

You will not just be an employee; you will be the "Face of the Brand" to the industry, working directly with the Founders to deploy a zero-cost platform that fundamentally changes how Agents interact with Tenants.

You will own the Rental Agent Channel. We have removed the barrier to entry: our core product is free to the agent. Your job is distribution and relationship building, not overcoming budget objections.

• Own the Network: Leverage your existing relationships to open doors at the top 50 independent agencies and national franchise groups.
• Educate the Market: Introduce a new category of "Tenant Value" to principals who are used to legacy software.
• Scale the Footprint: Turn signed Letters of Intent (LOIs) into active, onboarded rental portfolios.

• The Industry Insider: You have 5+ years of experience in PropTech Sales (e.g., Payment Processing, Credit Bureaus, Rental Software) or Agency Franchising.
• The Rolodex: You already have access to the decision-makers (Principals / Owners) in the residential rental sector. You don't need to buy a lead list; you are the list.
• The Operator: You understand the operational workflow of a rental agency (from application to lease renewal) and know exactly where our solution fits.

• First Mover Advantage: You will be bringing a first-of-its-kind solution to a market you already know inside out.
• Zero-Friction Sale: You are offering a value-add that solves a critical pain point (Arrears / Retention) for free.
• Founder Equity: You will hold a significant stake in the business you help build.
