A growing customer service company in Cape Town is seeking a Customer Experience Executive to manage customer enquiries and refund processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer service, fluent English, exceptional communication, and a proactive approach. Responsibilities include monitoring customer interactions, handling complaints, and working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a passionate team in a rapidly expanding organization.
Location: Cape Town, South Africa
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: Sunday - Thursday 8am - 6pm
Language requirements: Fluent, business-level written and spoken English is essential. Any additional languages will be greatly beneficial.

You will review each case on an individual basis and handle any issues that may arise, communicating with customers both on the phone and via email.
