Become part of a passionate team within the Marketing Department, working on the Ostomy Care portfolio. Our marketing team is dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with intimate healthcare needs.
We collaborate with colleagues locally and worldwide across marketing, sales, and commercial development teams to set the ZA strategic direction and lead the way forward for our Chronic Care business in South Africa and Sub Sahara Africa.
To commercially lead and set the strategic direction for the Ostomy Care Portfolio in South Africa and Sub Sahara Africa. This includes developing our overall Ostomy Care strategy as well as working with our commercial leaders in setting clear, regional priorities and translating those into our Annual Business Plan.
Together with our regions, the Ostomy Care Market Manager develops an active, value-based portfolio strategy, a go-to-market plan, and implements key marketing activities in close, cross-functional collaboration with the Sales and Consumer Teams. Drive marketing strategies and successful marketing initiatives for our Ostomy Care brands currently on the market as well as ensuring successful launches going forward. This includes brand marketing strategy, market positioning, brand communication, competitor analysis, campaign development, forecasting, budgeting, launch tracking, etc.
Overall, the Ostomy Care Market Manager is the commercial lead to ensure we have clinically relevant and commercially compelling local value propositions in place that drive our growth strategy – relevant to all stakeholders: patients, clinicians, and payers.
The successful candidate will be part of the South African Marketing Team and report to the Head of Marketing.
