Support front line sales representatives by applying knowledge of sales processes and tools to promote and sell the organization's products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or customer accounts to achieve sales targets.

1. Identify prospects and assist in preparing presentations.
2. Develop sales skills and product knowledge by working closely with experienced sales representatives to promote products, close orders, and resolve problems.
3. Maintain and update the customer database with activity details.
4. Understand machining practices and processes using modern tooling systems and how the product portfolio meets market needs.
5. Establish and prioritize sales plans (annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly) to meet targets.
6. Support field sales with product testing and related tasks to increase sales and market share.
7. Gather data on product testing, competitors, and costs for analysis.

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
• Diploma/Degree in Business Management or Engineering.
• Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Order-to-Cash processes.
• Sales, customer-facing, and account management experience.
• Experience with collections and accounts receivable.
• Ability to draft and deliver reports and presentations.
• Proficiency in English; Afrikaans is advantageous.
• Experience in mining or earth-moving parts environment is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.

Physical and medical ability to work in an underground mining environment. Willingness to travel.
