An Associate Professor with Behavioural Science as an academic underpinning, both at undergraduate and postgraduate level. The person must be able to carry out duties to promote and lead undergraduate and postgraduate programmes to be globally recognised as pioneers in the field of Business Management and create a visible, unique, academic footprint, especially in Africa.
